Wednesday!

We are doing some Olympic Lifting before we get into our conditioning

Strength

Clean Pulls x 3reps x 5sets

The same way squats make us stronger at standing up, clean pulls make us stronger at picking up things really fast, as well as helping us do them efficiently. Work at about 80% of your 1RM and focus on keeping the bar close to your body as you pull on that weight

Conditioning

A. 6min EMOM

  • 1 power clean + 1 clean

B. 6 rounds

  • 6 cleans (power or squat)
  • 12 box jumps
