Our first Saturday of the new year. Should be fun. Or tough. Or both. 

Remind your friends that we have our trial class at 12 noon tomorrow as always. Other than that keep sticking true to your New Year's resolutions and get in here for some fun.

As well work on your DU's if necessary for the workout.

  • 50 DU's 
  • 50 Situps
  • 5 Clean and Jerks 
  • 40 DU's 
  • 40 Situps
  • 5 Clean and Jerks
  • 30 DU's 
  • 30 Situps
  • 5 Clean and Jerks
  • 20 DU's 
  • 20 Situps
  • 5 Clean and Jerks
  • 10 DU's
  • 10 Situps
  • 5 Clean and Jerks

You will start each round of Annie with 5 clean and jerks and end the workout with 5 clean and jerks.. Choose a weight that will challenge you, but could be done unbroken if necessary. If you are struggling with DU's you will do single unders at a scale that will push you as an individual whether that be at a 1:1 or 2:1 or 3:1 ratio. Just crush the situps.
