All I do is Snatch. 

Well and some other things. But today we are starting off with the Snatch and working our way from there.

Strength

1 snatch + 1 hang power snatch - 10mins to work on weight

6min EMOM - 1 snatch + 1 hang power snatch

Conditioning

3 rounds

  • 10 snatches
  • 10 burpee box jump overs

Classic CrossFit. Couplet. Barbell and some burpees. If you preparing for the open this is the type of workout for you. If you are not, this is the type of workout for you. It's a thing of beauty.
