First of all 782ers, Happy New Year! Hope you all ended 2014 with a bang and started off 2015 the right way. Can't wait to see you all in here at 782 to help you with some goals you would like to achieve over the next 12 months. If there is anything at all we can help you with please let us know or if you have any questions for us please don't hesitate to ask. We are here for you and want you to know that we will do whatever we can to help you be your best you in 2015. 

Strength

Front Squats x 5reps x 4sets @ 70-80%

Work your way up in weight until you get to about 80%

Conditioning

15min Partner AMRAP

  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Front Squats (95/65lbs) (115/75lbs)
  • 5 burpees

Alternate between movements for the 15 minutes to get as many rounds as you can within the 15 minute time cap. Partner A does 15 box jumps and then partner B completes 15 box jumps. Continue on through this sequence for the following 15 minutes.
