For today we have some pure strength coming at ya followed by some engine work!
Deadlifts x 5r x 4sets @ 75%
Build up in weight to warmup and then hit it hard for these four sets.
5 rounds - rest 1 minute between each round
- 7 deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/115lbs)
- 9 bar facing burpees
Scale the deadlifts accordingly so you can be safe, but go unbroken on the set of 7 each round.
