Monday has descended upon us again! 

It's time to get back at it at 782 after a wonderful weekend in December. Hope you are all getting into the Christmas spirit after the Lee's Christmas bash and the lovely little snowfall we had Saturday night. 

Strength

OH Squat x 3reps x 6sets

Another chance to get a little better at a very difficult movement. Start light and move up in weight. If you are struggling with this you can work on your technique and then add some weight to a front squat and get your strength work in.

Conditioning

4 rounds

  • 12 pullups
  • 12 vups
  • 12 OH Squats

Move well and efficiently through the pullups before you chip away at the other two movements.
