New Year's Eve Extravaganza

It' s New Year's Eve and we are going to do something cool. 

First of all there will be open gym from 11 until 12 before the lunch time class and there will also be open gym from 1 until 2 after the lunch class. Come early and work on some skills or stay after and mobilize or get stronger or do the WOD if you missed it.

The WOD is going to be set up a little differently tomorrow. We are going to be working with a running clock and during a set interval you will have to complete a certain amount of work. Here we go.

    • 1 power snatch + 1 oh squat

  • 8 front squats (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 10 pushups
  • 12 lateral bar hops
