Wahoo.

The cookie party was a huge success!! From my perspective anyway. I was able to bake some delicious cookies in my spare time with Jaymee's assistance and Anne, Hannah, and Mike hosted wonderfully. Isabelle, Katrina, Allison, and Travis also baked some very tasty treats. We all took home our fair share of these shared goodies. 

Do not forget about the Lee's Christmas party this Saturday! That is Suzanne and Jason Lee. Two of our fantastic members have opened up their house for us to start bringing in the Christmas spirit!! Don't miss out!

Strength

Strict Press x 3reps x 3sets @ 75-80%

Push Press x 3reps x 3sets 

Build up in weight during your strict press and then continue on that weight through your push press and build up to a heavy set after that. 

Conditioning

10min AMRAP

  • 10 Push Press (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs) 
  • 10 Lateral Jumps over the bar (over and back = 1)
  • 10 T2B

Two very skilled movements sandwich a movement to increase your heart rate and make you work. For the push presses rest enough so that you can string the reps together and try to do the same thing with the T2B.
