Building up to 80% of your 1RM start off light and work your way up in weight. 

Conditioning

  • 8 Deadlifts (185/115lbs) (225/155lbs)
  • 16 Box Jumps

A nasty little classic CrossFit couplet. Stay strong through you core on the deadlifts and use the box jumps as a chance to get ready for your deadlifts.
