Can't wait to see you all in here Monday to finish off the 2014 year!

Great turnout both Saturday morning at the 12 days of Christmas workout and then at the after party to follow that evening! Thanks for all your hard work and thank you to Charlotte Bevan for hosting. 

Strength

Back Squat x 2reps x 5sets @ 85% of 1RM

Try to hit all 5 sets at 85 to 90% and rest 90secs between each set. At 85% it shouldn't be crazy difficult, but try to limit your rest time depending on how you are feeling. 

Conditioning 

5 rounds

  • 10 WBS
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans (95/65lbs) (115/75lbs)
  • 10 T2B
