Saturday!

How would you describe your Saturday and Sunday workout? From both an athletes and coaches perspective I'd say it's more relaxed, less rushed, and a chance to workout with different people you wouldn't see in your regular schedule. So come in a few minutes early, roll out, chat, and just enjoy the gym before and after the pain you endure.

Strength

Clean Complex - 15-20mins

  • 2 deadlifts
  • 2 hang power cleans
  • 2 front squats
  • 2 jerks

Conditioning

3-6-9-12-9-6-3

  • Pullups
  • Squat cleans (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • Burpees

3,2,1... Go.Hard.
