Christmas Day in one week!!

Don't forget about our Christmas party and 12 Days of Christmas on December 27th!! It will be definitely an event you don't want to miss!

Time to talk training now. Hope you have all been enjoying the programming so far this year and are ready for the New Year. As we get into the New Year we start training a bit for the open and going a little more focused on the conditioning aspect, while maintaining our strength numbers.

Strength

Handstand work

  • Kipping, box, strict, wall walks, etc.
  • Take 10 minutes to work on your progression for the handstands depending where you are with this skill.

Conditioning

3min AMRAP x 4rounds - rest 1 min b/w rounds

  • 3 HSPU
  • 6 Deadlifts (245/165lbs) (185/115lbs)
  • 9 V-ups

A great chance to work on your handstand pushups with low rep range and stay nice and strong on our deadlifts. The vups are a great for improving your core strength before getting your shoulders working again.
