12 minutes to work on Snatch
- Snatch x 3reps (drop weight after each rep)
You will complete 3 reps with minimal rest in between each rep. The focus here is the set up position for your snatch. Do your rep nice and clean, drop the weight, set up WITH SOLID FORM, and then hit your next rep. Build up in weight for this portion leading into the EMOM
- 0: 3 Snatches (drop each rep)
- 1: 30 DU's (or DU practice depending on where you are with this skill)
- 2. 15 KBS (challenge yourself, improve that strength through your hamstrings)
