G'daaaaaaay Tuesday.

Let's get right to the point now here eh. 

Strength

Back Squat x 7reps x 3 sets

Long and heavy for this one. Build up in weight as you can. This is a good test for muscular endurance under heavier loads. Will help with your workouts with lighter weights and lots of squats. 

Conditioning

50 air squats 

3 rounds

  • 10 T2B
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 OH Lunges

50 air squats

The focus here is precision and efficiency on the first and last set of air squats. Don't stop moving, but make sure your form is on point.
