Hiiiiiii guys!

Time to get in here and kick it with us on a Saturday. 

Here is what we have in store for you today. A reminder that our 11am class and 12pm trial class is cancelled only for today. 

Strength

15 minutes to work on:

  •  1 Snatch + 1 hang snatch + 1 OH Squat

Start lignt to start and stay as light as you need to so that your form is technically sound and you are moving fast with the bar and then under the bar. 

Conditioning

3 rounds

  • 1 Snatch complex (snatch, hang snatch, oh squat) (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 10 pullups
  • 25 WBS

This is all about form and technique under stress for your snatch and holding on to that ball for as long as you can so your sets are not broken up too early. Be light on the complex if you are not comfortable with the movement and work on form.
