Fantastic Friday!!

Strength/Skill

Rowing - work on efficiency and pacing

T2B - 10-15 minutes to work on Lsit, strict T2B and improve on your kip. 

Conditioning

5 rounds for reps of the following timed intervals

  • 20:20 - T2B
  • 40:40 - KBS
  • 60:60 - Rowing

Partner 1 will start with 20 seconds of T2B or K2E and then partner 2 will follow up with the same. After that they will move on to KBS and then Rowing for the other timed intervals.
