Time to sit down and stand up with some heavy weight and then doing some balancing exercises to continue on with the day.
Front Squat x 3reps x 6sets @ 75-80%
Work your way up in weight on these sets building up to a heavy three for your last set.
- 9 ring rows
- 9 front squats (135/95lbs)
- 9 pushups
- 9 box jumps
This workout will look like a conga line with the ring rows done next to the wall, followed by the front squats and then the pushups and finally the box jumps next to the inside wall. Be strict on the ring rows, go heavy, but accessible on the front squats, be strict again on the pushups, and finally be safe and soft on the box jumps.
