It's December. It's DECEMBER! When did this happen?! It's basically Christmas tomorrow. But before that it is time to do some CrossFit.
As you will notice tomorrow when you come in we are fixing up the platforms and will need to stay off them throughout the day as the cement glue sets in so we don't have any edges of wood tripping you up mid WOD in the near future. That means we'll be staying in the matted area working on some bodyweight skills to start the week.
Handstand Pushup Progressions
We will spend 15 minutes working on different progressions for this movement. From wall walks to deficit handstand pushups we'll be giving each person different skills to work on through this movement.
