Hey guys!

Just a reminder that on Saturday we will only have our one class at 8am. If you are free come check out the competition in Summerside starting at 9am!

Conditioning

It is Saturday so we have some work to do as always. For the strength portion work on your skill in the pullups or ring rows for whatever movement you choose to do in the workout.

20min AMRAP of:

  • 5 pullups or ring rows
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 air squats 

This is one of the first CrossFit workouts I have ever done (and I did it with a mixture of strict pullups and ring rows as I had no idea how to kip!!) So be safe with those movements! It is a classic CrossFit workout in it hits all sorts of areas of the body and allows you to keep moving for the duration of the 20 minutes. Enjoy!
