Push Press x 5reps x 4sets
Load up the bar on this after you get warmed up and go as hard as you can for these four sets. Try maintaining control, but stringing together these reps.
- Push Press (95/65lbs)
- Goblet Walking Lunge (L+R = 1)
A perfect little couplet for this ascending and then descending ladder. Light weight that you should be able to go unbroken even for the set of 10. Use a heavy enough weight for the walking lunges so that once you hit that set of 10 it is going to be a grind and it will give your shoudlers a break.

Strength: Pushups x 15reps x 4sets (use the form that will push you to this amount of reps)
Conditioning: Walking Lunges x 20, Pushups x 10, Squats x 20 Burpees x 10 x 3 rounds
