Strength

1 Behind the neck (BtN) Split Jerk + 2 OH Squats x 6-8 sets (15-20mins)

Conditioning

5 rounds for time (rest 1 minute after each round)

  • 5 OH Squats
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 KB Swings
