Work on driving out of your squat position with speed and power to drive the bar overhead.

- 1: 30-40sec hollow hold
- 2: 12-15 pushups (as strict as possible
More efficiency work on a Wednesday for some improvement on our thrusters and pushups and to strengthen that core.
