Just wanted to say thank you everyone for a great day at CrossFit 782. You all put in a tremendous amount of work and did the workout and the man behind it proud. Strength

12 mins to work on:

1 squat clean thruster + 2 thrusters

Work on driving out of your squat position with speed and power to drive the bar overhead.

Conditioning

12min EMOM

  • 0: 3 thrusters
  • 1: 30-40sec hollow hold
  • 2: 12-15 pushups (as strict as possible

More efficiency work on a Wednesday for some improvement on our thrusters and pushups and to strengthen that core.
