Pretty straight forward work here. Go hard with the weight and use those hips to create a lot of power!
8 rounds for time
- 2 strict pullups
- 4 push press (115/75#)
- 8 KBS
Be careful with the strict pullups. Be consistent and make sure you reach full extension at the bottom. You can substitute ring rows for pullups. Go heavy on the KBS as there is only a few reps per set.
