Time to change it up a little for Thursday. Usually we would do some squatting, but we want you to do some work on some single leg strength.


Back Rack Lunges x 6reps (3each leg) x 5sets

Using the back squat rack position set up for a lunge and alternating legs complete 6 reps total per set. After a few warm up sets work your way up in weight until you feel a good amount of work on the last couple of reps. If this is new for you start off light.


11min AMRAP

  • 10 walking lunges (5 each leg)
  • 9 situps
  • 8 WBS
  • 7 pushups

Some engine work to push through!
