It is time to Snatch. I know some of you like it and some of you hate it. Either way it is great for you. It is very technical and takes a ton of patience, but if done right it can look absolutely beautiful. It will improve your movement for other exercises and help develop your awareness of you body and how it moves around an object.
We have some heavy lifting first and then time to put up some weight!

Snatch + Hang Snatch
For this complex we will take 20 minutes to work initially on the snatch pulls and then work on snatching at a much lighter weight to improve that speed of pulling the bar up your body.
