The start of a new month. Just another fun filled start to your Saturday at CrossFit 782!

A little Olympic Lifting to start your day never hurt anyone so let's get to it!

Strength

3 rep hang snatch - 10mins

Full squat snatch if possible. Coming from the hang our focus here is on that second pull where we don't have to worry about that transition around the knees. Work on light weight and speed under the bar.

Conditioning

3min AMRAP x 5 sets - rest 1min between sets

  • 3 Snatches
  • 6 Lateral Burpees over the bar
  • 9 Situps

This has the same set up as a famous CrossFit workout called the Chief, but with a few movements substituted.
