Thirsty Thursdays at CrossFit 782. That is if pullups are your thing!!

A chance to work on some strict pullups and go from there!

Strength

2 sets strict pullups or ring rows (few amount of reps)

10-15 second pullup hold above the bar or static hold from bottom position x 3 (rest at least 60 seconds between sets)

3 sets strict pullups or ring rows (w/ partner, C2B or chin above bar) - go for good clean reps on this one

Conditioning

3 rounds for time

  • 30 KB Swings
  • 15 Pushups
  • 30 Situps
  • 15 Pullups
