Time to do some fall cleaning! As usual we have our Olympic Lifting on Wednesday.

We are going to start the day working on some strength in those lifts and it will transfer to our power work during the EMOM.

Strength

15:00

Clean Pulls x 3r x 5s

and then...

Work on 3 rep clean touch and go

You want these clean pulls near your one rep max and then a light weight for the cleans to work on speed and the transfer of power during the EMOM

Conditioning

12:00 EMOM

  • 0: 3 cleans
  • 1: 10 CONTROLLED V-ups
  • 2: 15 burpees

Cleans are done efficiently and safely. The v-ups should take up to 30-40 seconds and should be done very controlled on the way down and you can go a bit faster coming up. Burpees are burpees. Scale the reps at needed to finish in 30-40 seconds.
