Strength/Skill

Pullup Clinic

Work on strict, kipping, butterfly pullups as well as work on getting stronger by hanging from the bar in different positions and learning the correct hand positions.

Conditioning

12 min ascending ladder

  • 2 burpee pullups
  • 2 squat cleans
    • 15 abmat situps
  • 4 burpee pullups
  • 4 squat cleans
    • 15 abmat situps
  • 6 burpee pullups
  • 6 squat cleans
    • 15 abmat situps
    • ...

And so on and so forth! Have fun getting better and better!
