Handstand Pushup Practice: 12 - 15 mins
Whether it be strict, kipping, abmat or walking up the wall this is a great chance to practice getting yourself up or on the wall and getting better upside down.
- 5 HSPU
- 10 Vups (V Snaps)
- 15 KB Swings
- 20 DU's
For those of you getting the hang of your handstand pushups this is a great rep count to work on your progressions. For those of you comfortable with handstand pushups push that rep count to 10! Be as strict as you can with the V-Ups, go overhead with the swings and work on those double unders if you can!
