Remember to write up your mobility goal by the end of the week! We want you to stay safe, efficient, and mobile! The smoother you move the faster you move.

And speaking of mobility it is Wednesday and it is time to do some CLEANING!

Strength

Low Hang Power Clean x 3 @ 50-60% - 8-10 minutes

This is all about reaching the full hip extension before you pull yourself under the bar. Those last few inches are extremely important before you make that catch.

Conditioning

12min EMOM

  • 0: 3 Hang Power Cleans
  • 1: 12 Pullups or Ring Rows (This is a great chance to improve either strict or kipping pullups by doing fewer reps and working on one of your weaknesses, whether that be with a band or through jumping pullups.)
  • 2: 30-40sec Hollow Hold

A nice workout to improve on some Olympic lifting, work on your pullups, and most importantly get stronger through your core.
