T.G.I.T!!! Now that we have Monday done and dusted we are back at you with some more work and as always another chance to get better at life! We are slowly seeing that Mobility Goal whiteboard fill up so if you haven't got your name up there, do it fast! We'll be trying to practice those habits for the next week and carry them with us through November.

Strength

Strict Press: 5 - 5 - 5 - 3 - 3 - 3

Lots of reps at a low(ish) weight. It was scheduled in to deadlift today, but we want to save your legs as much as we can for Thursday so we have switched the strict press and deadlift from Tuesday to Friday and vice versa.

Conditioning

5min AMRAP

  • 10 KB Swings
  • 10 Pushups

Rest 5 minutes

  • 10 S2OH
  • 10 Box Jump Overs

Hit each of these as hard as we you can (with good form of course) and enjoy!
