Hiiiiiiii. Reminder on a Find a Friend Friday to tell your OTHER FRIENDS (who has those anyway?) to come in on Saturday at 12pm for our free trial class. We have a few people signed up already and hope you would love to share your experiences with us!

Freestanding Handstand (Get excited!!) + HSPU

Working in a group of three we will work on going upside down with proper form.

Conditioning

Partner WOD - 30sec. on : 30sec. off x 4 rounds

  • SDHP
  • Box Jumps
  • KB Swing
  • Bear Crawl

Partner A will work for 30 seconds at a specific movement and then partner B will work for 30 seconds at the same movement.
