Hello Guys! Some sweet, sweet PR's today! Excited to get back into the gym tomorrow and get some squatting done.

Remember to continue to work on your squat mobility throughout the day and stay plenty hydrated! Even if you are at 6am, get up and start drinking water right away!

Strength

Back Squat x 7r x 3s

Before you get into your 3 sets work your way up in weight until you hit about 60% and work on those reps from there. Not a lot of sets so take each set seriously and hit them very hard and consistent.

Conditioning

3 rounds for time

  • 10 Back Squats (from the ground) (115/75#)
  • 8 Jumping Lunges
  • 6 V-Snaps (as strict as possible)
  • 4 Strict Pullups or Ring Rows
  • 200m Run

We only have about 2 weeks left to run. So enjoy it if that is your thing. And if it is not, grind it out for a few more weeks. Other than that just keep moving through the other movements.
