Hello fellow CrossFitters! See you all on Wednesday of this short week!

To start we are going to be working on our Snatch, building up to a 1 rep max today.

If you are coming in early we'll be taking lots of time to mobilize and if you have a chance throughout the day before the later classes when you come in, mobilize throughout the day and eat right!

Strength

1 RM Snatch

15 minutes to work on a 1 rep max Snatch. We will try to make this a full snatch, but a power snatch is acceptable.

Conditioning

9min AMRAP

  • 3 Snatches
  • 6 Barbell Pushups
  • 9 Lateral Hops

This workout should test your snatch efficiency when you are tired and the barbell pushups will be a nice little change of pace.
