Hello Everyone. Hope you all had lots of Turkey and a very relaxing long weekend. We have spent the past three days working long and working hard and we'll be changing gears going into Tuesday. It will still still be hard, but we'll be testing more of muscular endurance and less of that pass out on the floor when finished endurance.


Strict Press x 3r x 5s @ 70%(ish)

This is one of those movements you want to make small increases in, as it is super important to maintain a solid midline throughout the press, given the (relatively) smaller muscles being used.
