Coming back at your Saturday! Long and Lovely today.

CrossFit is all about variety and intensity and function. Tomorrow we change it up from the week's usual training by going at a lower (relative) intensity for a longer period time and as usual, do movements that are functional. Like pushing oneself off the ground, sitting in a chair, jumping onto a platform, and swinging an object.


Practice these movements. Become efficient as possible before the start of the workout


20min AMRAP

  • 12 pushups (be as strict as possible the whole way through!!)
  • 16 box jumps
  • 20 KB Swings
  • 24 Air Squats (12 pistols)
