Hello everyone! Sunday we are back in for another day!

Hope you all enjoyed our grinder of a workout on Saturday and are coming back for some gymnastics on Sunday!

Strength

Ring Dip Practice - 15 minutes to work with band, partner, etc.

Work on control through the motion of the dip. Be as strict as possible at first and then work on the kipping ring dip. If you are comfortable with the ring dip work on the transition of the muscle up from pull up to ring dip.
