I hope we can be part of that fun filled weekend!

For today we have a few Olympic lifts to work on and from there (a bit of) an intense conditioning session.

Conditioning

    • 7 Snatches (115/75#)
    • 14 pullups
    • 21 WBS
  • 400m run
  • 2 rounds
    • 7 snatches
    • 14 pullups
    • 21 WBS
  • 400m run

Saturday's workouts are always quite epic and this one is no exception. With the big numbers and time running out with the nice weather we'll be outside running again (and it is good for you) and we have 2 rounds of three movements before each 400m run.
