Just lifting a few weights to bring in the fall! Hope you all had a great time with the barbell over the past three days. We are going to be back at it with some bodyweight and kettlebell work Thursday and go from there. A new little addition to the strength portion as well.
Weighted Pushups x 5 x 5 (chest to deck)
If you are able to do strict pushups very comfortable start loading up the weight and go from there. This will be a new skill/strength for many so start off moderately. For those of you that are just getting your pushups or may struggle a bit with a strict pushup stay away from the weight and practice with a partner supporting your core so you can stay in a straight line.
2 rounds for time
- 20 pushups
- 30 box jumps
- 40 KB Swings (OH)
