Back at the squatting again, trying to nail down our OH squats! STRENGTH

OH Squat - 5-5-3-3-1-1... Working your way up to a one rep OH Squat. Most likely not a max lift unless you are feeling great today, but just a chance to life a little heavier weight after we get comfortable with more reps earlier on.

CONDITIONING

Depending on how the work goes with the OH squat in the skill work we will either you OH Squatting or front squatting during the workout.
