Strength

Front Squat x 5r x 4s @ 70-75%

Conditioning

12min AMRAP

  • 12 front squats (115/75lbs)
  • 12 lateral hops over the bar (over and back = 1)
  • 12 T2B
  • 12 pushups

This is a bit chipper-esque so just continue to move through the movements with good consistency and mechanics. Pacing will be key as it is on the longer side of the workouts.
