Conditioning: partner workout with 3 rounds of the following

1:00 of max Jumping Lunges (partner 1 for the first 30 seconds and then partner 2 for the last 30 seconds) 1:00 of max KB Swings 1:00 of max Front Squats 1:00 of max Push Ups
