Hi Guys! Hope you have a great workout on Monday after a wonderful (maybe rested) weekend!

Strength

Deadlift x 2r x 6s @ 70-80%

Try 2 sets at 70%, 2 sets at 75%, and 2 sets at 80% after a solid warmup.

Conditioning

4 rounds for time

  • 6 deadlifts (@ a weight that is uncomfortable, but can be done unbroken for at least the first 2 rounds)
  • 18 situps
