It's the end of the week already? Well that flew by and its time to Find a Friend Friday for our Partner WOD!!
During our strength portion we are going to be getting into our pullups and going from there.
Pullups x 4-ME reps x 6 sets (STRICT and Kipping)
Depending on where you are at with pullups we will work from here. If you do not have strict pullups work on your strict pullups with a partner for 4(ish) reps x 6 sets.
If you are starting to get your kipping pullups down work a couple of sets of strict pullups and then a few sets of kipping pullups.
If you have strict pullups work on your C2B pullups and then your kipping pullups, but try to do 6 sets and make a few of these sets STRICT!

- 15 pushups
