Hope you are all having a great week and you are excited to get in here for another squat day on Thursday!

Everyone has been progressing nicely through our strength cycles and today we are looking to go a little heavier through your reps with a good amount of rest between sets.

Strength

Front Squat x 3 x 4 @ 75-80%

Give yourself lots of time between sets and make sure you stay warm and loose between these 4 sets after a few warmup sets.
