Hiiiiiii everyone!

It is a 5K obstacle course race through the beautiful Clinton Hills. If you have any more questions please ask Brett or Mike!

As well we have created storage areas next to the PR Board where you can throw your bags, coats, etc. when you come in for your workout!

Take 6-8 minutes to build up to a challenging weight before hitting this EMOM.

Conditioning

  • 150m run
  • 6 hang clean and jerks (115/75lbs)
