Hi Guys!

Hope you all had a great start to the school year and the fall or whatever you may be in to!

We are back here working on our front squats and as usual on Friday, going out with a partner WOD to end the week. We spent a lot of time today hanging from the bar and going overhead so we will be going below parallel lots today!

Strength

Front Squats x 5r x 4s @ 65-70% 

Conditioning

4 rounds with a partner (each partner will complete each specific movement and reps before other partner completes specific movement and reps)

  • 10 thrusters
  • 15 box jumps
  • 20 situps
