A little Olympic Lifting to start your Saturday!
We will be working on your snatch today so come ready with those Olympic lifters and any other gear you may need!
Afterwards we'll be shifting gears and get into nice little event!
Hope you are all ready to wind down summer and jump into the fall!
Tall Snatch x 3 x 3 (w/ barbell to 95lbs)
Low Hang Snatch x 2 x 4
Hang Power Snatches (75/55lbs)
Push Press (75/55lbs)

Like we have said before Saturday's workout are usually a little longer in duration and possibly a little more mentally taxing depending on what you like. It gives us a chance to build on our strength throughout the week and anaerobic conditioning and use these skills to test our endurance once or twice a week. We can give our bodies the correct adaptations through consistent and progressive movements, but also test our limitations through different time and modal domains!
Don't feel intimidated by the amount of work today as we will always be there to help you where necessary!
