G'Day Fellow 782ers!!

It's Friday and we know what that means. PARTNER WODS!

Before we go any further just a reminder (or heads up) that our 4:30 and 5:30pm WODs will be at the UPEI track due to an event at the box!

Hope you are all having a great week and ready to go for another workout, so without further ado...

Strength

Deadlift x 3 reps x 6 sets

Conditioning

3 rounds each - alternating between partners

200m run

15 WBS 

10 Burpees

*Heads up... this is similar to the WOD we did 3 weeks back with 5 rounds, but less reps. This workout each round will be longer, but you do not have as many rounds to complete so keep the pace nice and high and race that pain!
